Sustainability and Intentionality
In an effort to reduce waste and spark creativity, we often work with secondhand, found, salvaged, and trashed materials. To that end, we accept certain “clean” trash items (see what we’re currently accepting here). Your contributions help keep trash from the landfill and allow us to create, offer classes, and conduct workshops at more affordable levels.
Our inventory is carefully curated to showcase ethically created goods and support small manufacturers and artists.
Reducing. Reusing. Recycling.
Are you holding onto “good” trash because you’ll find its purpose one day? Did you buy supplies for one project three years ago and just don’t know what to do with all the bits you didn’t use? Is part of your junk drawer dedicated to pieces of broken jewelry that you’re definitely never going to get around to fixing but it’s just too good to toss? We are pleased to offer a simple way to solve this and support artists at the same time: bring us your trash and we’ll make it treasure.
All items must be reasonably clean and dropped off inside the store.
