Willis is a self-taught painter working primarily in acrylic on wood and ceramic.

“Willis is Pelican, Louisiana born and residing. Country living shaped his perspective on life, living, and death. Self-taught painter, collaborator, and filmmaker, he is a painter more than he is anything else in this world. His sense of light and scene is unforgettable.”
